About Me
I am Pat Hamilton​
With nearly 15+ years of working with and alongside so many unique individuals from all walks of life, who have different belief systems, yet their value for excellence and self-growth aligns with that of my own. I have come to realize that sourcing, developing, and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of capable talent is and has become an intrinsically driven passion of mine. It is and has been incredibly rewarding to play such a fundamental and key role in identifying the right players for a role within an organization.
I am and will forever be a life-long learner and will continue passing my knowledge to others. In our workplace, I fundamentally believe that given the right opportunity, people can adapt in a culturally sound environment. It is up to us as business owners, executives, and all leaders alike, to breathe life into our workplace culture.
